Issues with ITS Ticketing System

Resolved Alert:

TeamDynamix has found and fixed the issue with the application that was not performing properly. The ITSM Core Team has tested the application that was experiencing issues and have found the issue has been resolved. The ITS Ticketing system is now fully functional.

Initial Alert:

The ITS Ticketing system, TeamDynamix, is experiencing issues with a portion of the system. Tickets can be created, however, the automated flows that adjust tickets are not working properly. The issue has been reported to TeamDynamix and they are looking into the issue. The ITSM Core Team will provide updates as soon as they are provided by the vendor.
