Ellucian Cloud Services Outage
Initial Alert:
Starting around 12:00pm today, Ellucian is experiencing an outage of some of their hosted services.
This is impacting:
- Grades can’t be pushed from Blackboard into Banner.
- Registration changes are not being pushed to Blackboard.
- Forms in Ellucian Workflow can not retrieve or push data to Banner.
- Salesforce can’t retrieve or put data to Banner.
Ellucian is aware and working on the issue.
