Ellucian Cloud Services Outage

Around 1:00pm Ellucian resolved the issues with their hosted services.

Initial Alert:

Starting around 12:00pm today, Ellucian is experiencing an outage of some of their hosted services.

This is impacting:

  • Grades can’t be pushed from Blackboard into Banner.
  • Registration changes are not being pushed to Blackboard.
  • Forms in Ellucian Workflow can not retrieve or push data to Banner.
  • Salesforce can’t retrieve or put data to Banner.

Ellucian is aware and working on the issue.
