Duo Intermittent Issues

Resolved Alert:

As stated previously, Duo has determined that some of the users that are unable to successfully use the ‘Call Me’ feature have T-mobile as their cellular provider. It appears that T-Mobile has the 703-993-8870 phone number marked as spam and therefore blocks the phone call.

Duo has additional information about the issue available in their Knowledge Base: https://help.duo.com/s/article/4150.

The 2fa.gmu.edu website is now correctly processing emergency bypass code requests.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870, or via email at support@gmu.edu.
