Blackboard Collaborate Ultra Access Issues
Resolved Alert:
A system update has fully resolved issues with Blackboard Collaborate Ultra. A small number of users encountered session access issues on June 10 and 11.

Blackboard has identified the cause of the access issues that some users have experienced over the past two days. A temporary fix with close monitoring is in place. Additional interruptions are not expected, but would be brief in nature if they occur. An update on Saturday morning is expected to fully resolve the issue.
Initial Alert:
Some users are unable to access Collaborate Ultra sessions – the live meeting tool in Blackboard. Issues may include slow loading times or error messages when accessing a session. Blackboard is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
