Issues with Accessing Microsoft Services – OWA (Outlook on the web)
Resolved Alert:
Microsoft is reporting that this issue is now considered resolved. They have completed an extended monitoring period of their environment and they are not seeing any further interruptions of Microsoft Office 365 services related to this issue. While this issue is now considered resolved, they will continue to finalize any remaining mitigation efforts.
Microsoft Office 365 services and features impacted during this issue are listed below. Others, not listed, may have also been impacted.
Exchange Online
– Users are unable to access Outlook on the web
– Users may also experience issues with the search function in Outlook on the web, Outlook desktop client and the Outlook mobile application
– Users may also experience issues using the Outlook mobile application
Microsoft Teams
– Users may have difficulties scheduling meetings and/or live events
– Users may have trouble loading people profile cards
– Users may have issues loading file lists
– Users may not be able to create new teams & channels
– Users may not be able to install apps
– Users may have trouble issuing searches
– Users may see delays in admin policy changes taking effect
– Users might see errors when using messaging extensions
– Users may not see up to date Presence information
– Teams Graph APIs may be impacted
– Assignments tab in Teams may not load
– Teams Admin Center functionalities may not perform as expected
– Users may be unable to view personal or channel calendar events
SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps in Microsoft 365 may also be experiencing some impact related to this issue.
This was a service wide Microsoft Office 365 issue.
This issue may have impacted both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.
This issue is now considered resolved by Microsoft.

Initial Alert:
Microsoft is currently investigating issues with accessing OWA (Outlook on the web).
Users are reporting a mix of experiences from the site loading as normal to users getting an error page or very slow load times.
It is possible that other Microsoft email clients might be impacted.
Additionally, other Microsoft 365 services may also be experiencing an impact:
Microsoft Teams:
- Users may have difficulties scheduling meetings and/or live events
- Users may have trouble loading people profile cards
