Certain video lectures available in Blackboard are in .pdf format. These lectures must be viewed using Acrobat Reader software. If you only see a white screen when trying to view a lecture, confirm that Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader are installed on your computer.

Step 1

Once the file has downloaded, right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac) on the presentation file that is located in your download folder.

Step 2

Select Open With > Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Note: Always open the document with Protected View Disabled.
