    Student Profile, Student Registration, Personal Profile and Employee Dashboard are available again.

  • Student VPN

    Resolved

    Engineers fixed the intermittent student VPN issues.

  • WebEx Contact Center (WCC) – Outage

    Resolved

    Our Mason Contact Centers were experiencing issues with agents logging in and taking calls from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. It was a nationally known problem within the application. The vendor worked with Cisco to resolve the issue.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

  • Intermittent Network Issues

    Resolved

    ITS Engineers have isolated and corrected the issue. All network services have been restored.

  • Network Outage – Potomac Science Center (Remote Site)

    Resolved

    Cox has corrected the issue and network service has been restored.

  • Kaltura MyMedia Unavailable

    Resolved

    The Kaltura MyMedia issue is resolved. Users were unable to view videos or access MyMedia from approximately 6:35 – 7:20PM ET.

  • VPN Outage

    Resolved

    The DUO 2FA service was unavailable between 10:17 and 10:30 am.
    This would have disrupted authentication for VPN and other services requiring 2FA.

    All services are available at this time.

  • Microsoft Office 365 Services Disruption

    Resolved

    Microsoft is reporting that the service disruption has been resolved. 

  • Call Pilot Voice Mail System Unavailable

    Resolved

    Our Call Pilot voice mail system is up and running properly. A piece of equipment was causing the error.

  • Adobe Pro DC Access Message

    This issue was resolved.

  • Blackboard/MyMason Login

    Resolved

    The Blackboard/MyMason login issue is resolved. Users were unable to log into Blackboard from 5:27AM – 7:25AM ET on October 1, 2020.

     

  • TeamDynamix Email Issue

    Resolved

    This issue was resolved.

  • Microsoft Office 365 Multiple Services Disruption

    Resolved

    Microsoft has reported that the issue with accessing multiple Microsoft Office 365 services should now be resolved.

    Please contact the ITS Support Center If you are still experiencing problems accessing Microsoft Office 365 services.

  • Voicemail System is Currently Down

    Resolved

    Call Pilot, our voice mail system, is now up and running.

     

  • Blackboard Collaborate Ultra

    Resolved

    A small number of Blackboard Collaborate Ultra sessions reported audio or access issues. If your session is affected, the best workaround is for the instructor to create a new Collaborate session, and for everyone to join this new session. Blackboard reports the issue is now resolved for any new sessions.
