Resolved Alert:
Our Mason Contact Centers were experiencing issues with agents logging in and taking calls from approximately 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. It was a nationally known problem within the application. The vendor worked with Cisco to resolve the issue.

Our Webex Contact Center is experiencing issues with agents logging in and taking calls. It is a nationally know issue within the application. The vendor is working with Cisco to resolve the issue. It appears to be impacting all of our 20 call centers.
