Initial Alert:

Mason community,

You may have received an email today with the subject line “You no longer have access to Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only).”

System administrators today removed a previously used console that managed Acrobat Pro DC licenses. Mason entered a new contract earlier this year which came with a new console. All users from the former console were successfully transferred to the new one.

There will be no interruption to your Adobe Creative Cloud access. System administrators are currently reviewing why a message was sent.

We apologize for the confusion.
