Impact of the change on users:

Existing MATLAB users will not be impacted; however, no new licenses will be issued during the maintenance window.

Reason for the change:

ITS is updating the MATLAB license. The license must be updated before MATLAB R2023b clients can acquire a license. (ID #  268566)
