No impact on users is expected and the upgrade will not force Firefox to close or force a system reboot. Users’ bookmarks will not be affected.

Reason for the change:
Due to a severe and immediate vulnerability, Firefox is being patched to version 72.0.1 on all faculty/staff machines due to a known security vulnerability. Lab managers will be contacted to schedule upgrades on lab machines. (ID # 189051)
