Impact of the change on users:
Only one DHCP server is upgraded at any given time.; our DHCP servers have a failover peer for redundancy. Production DHCP servers will be upgraded evenings, early mornings, or weekends to minimize any possible impact.
However, due to ongoing eduroam/mason-secure Wi-Fi troubleshooting, the DHCP servers that support the Wi-Fi service are not redundant; consequently, Wi-Fi DHCP activity will be impacted during the short period one of the servers that support the Wi-Fi service will be unavailable while it is being upgraded.
Note: Ongoing wifi service sessions are NOT impacted.
