Due to the high volume of requests each semester, requests for software installation must be received by the following dates:
- Fall Semester: July 15
- Spring Semester: December 1
- Summer Semester: April 15
Software requests are not processed during system maintenance periods (the two weeks prior to a semester). Requests received after the deadline dates will be processed after the first two weeks of the semester.
