ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

The service disruption resulted from a combination of an elevated plugin error rate and an increase in automated traffic. These factors collectively overloaded the server and impacted platform availability.

Resolution: 

Protective measures were deployed to manage and reduce automated traffic patterns. The plugin generating excessive error logs was removed to stabilize server performance.

Prevention: 

Enhanced traffic validation protocols have been implemented to provide stronger safeguards against automated traffic. All instances of the problematic plugin have been removed.
