TeamDynamix was intermittently available and when available was slow to respond to queries.

Initial symptoms: 

Slowness on trying to use the application to no access to the application at all.

Impact to Mason: 

Customers were not able to make service requests through the Client Portal. Technicians were not able to work on tickets.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

TeamDynamix had two concurrent issues: a database performance issue and a web server load issue.

Resolution: 

TeamDynamix backed out a change made on May 31st, and addressed the issues with the Database and Web server loads.

Prevention: 

TeamDynamix is working to put a long term fix in place.
