ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
Vendor SSL certificate expiration
Resolution:
An emergency ticket was opened with firewall vendor. They removed the custom SSL cert and reverted sites to use their built-in, auto-renewing certificate.
Prevention:
Vendor has issued new certs that auto-renew and is proactively searching for other websites in our account that may encounter this issue.
