Network & Security Operations noted that they had lost access to the Potomac Science Center from their monitoring tools.

Cause:
The ISP providing service to the Potomac Science Center had a grief outage.
Resolution:
Network & Security Operations contacted the ISP to notify them of the outage.

Have adequate resources on-site to dispatch and work with ISP
