Patriot Web Unavailable

Impact of the change on users:

Patriot Web will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.

Reason for change:

ITS is modifying a Patriot Web setting for Blackboard Grading. (ID # 168755)

Johnson Center Network Intermittently Unavailable

Impact of the change on users:

The wired and wireless networks in the Johnson Center will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.

During the planned maintenance, the wired and wireless networks, as well as Mason phones will be intermittently unavailable. Prior to the planned maintenance, please save all work that is network-dependent (i.e., files synced to OneDrive or saved to the M: shared drive) and plan accordingly for phone calls if you are using Mason phones. Cell phone service will not be impacted.

ITS is connecting floor switches to high-capacity routers to provide redundancy. (ID # 168263)
