Jamf Pro, Mason Self Service for Macs. and the Jamf dashboard will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
ITS is updating Jamf Pro. (ID # 170116)
Little to no impact is expected for current users and devices. However, during the maintenance period, no new devices (mydevices.gmu.edu) can be added nor can guest wireless accounts be created. Network authentication and authorization services will not be impacted.
ITS is reloading the Identity Services Engine (ISE) Primary Administration Node (PAN) per best practices. ISE simplifies the delivery of consistent, highly secure access control across wired and wireless networks and remote VPN connections. (ID #: 170310)
