You only need a Claim Code if you don’t have a Mason NetID and Patriot Pass Password. If you need a Claim Code, you will need to request one from the ITS Support Center. Then, you can use your Claim Code and G Number to begin the process to get your username and password. You will need to provide photo identification to get a Claim Code and you cannot request it by telephone or by email.
