I am an alumnus. How do you get a NetID and password, so that I can access Mason systems?

If you are a graduate of Mason, you were given a six-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you used as a password. If you remember this PIN, you can use it at the Password Management Site along with your G Number to activate your account and get your NetID (username) and Patriot Pass Password. If you have forgotten your PIN, please contact the ITS Support Center, support@gmu.edu or 703-993-8870, and a representative will help you establish a new claim code that you can use to get your NetID and Patriot Pass Password.
