How to Use a Bypass Code with the VPN (Emergency & Non-Emergency)

Step 1

Open Cisco Secure Client on your computer.

Step 2

Type vpn.gmu.edu or your VPN Group URL and click Connect.

Step 3

Begin logging into Cisco Secure Client with your Mason NetID.

Step 4

For the password, you will use your Patriot Pass Password followed by a comma and the bypass code you were given.

For example: password,725495

Step 5

Once you complete the authentication, you will be logged in to Cisco Secure Client.
