A departmental account is one that is assigned to a department as opposed to an employee. It is used for department main and information lines.
Create your password
Access your account through “Vonage Business Communications." If this is your first time using the account, or you do not know the password, click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to the departmental account.
Follow the instructions provided in the email to create/reset your password. This will open a new browser window.
Once successful, log in using the new password.
Go to app.vonage.com and enter the user credentials (complete email address or user name of the departmental account) and password.
Check the “I’m not a robot” box and log in.
Note: If this is the first time you have logged into this account you will be prompted to create a security question.
This will complete the login process.
