MyHub Coming to Office 365

Information Technology Services (ITS) has recently acquired MyHub, a new tool within the Office 365 environment that serves as a convenient, one-stop shop for managing existing workspaces and creating new ones.

MyHub will change how users create workspaces within Microsoft (MS) Teams. This will enhance collaboration in a secure environment, promote productivity, and enforce retention policies. To learn more, visit the MyHub Service Catalog.

What to Expect

  1. MyHub will first be made available on Monday, November 14, during a soft launch of the tool. The purpose of this is for users to familiarize themselves with MyHub and begin using it to make any new workspaces.
  2. On Tuesday, January 10, 2023, MyHub will become the standard way to create new workspaces. In Spring 2023, ITS will import any existing workspaces into MyHub.
