  • MyMason/Blackboard Performance Issues

    Resolved

    Blackboard was slow or unavailable for all users from approximately 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM ET on Wednesday, September 5. The issue is now resolved.

  • DUO 2FA, VPN Service Interruption

    Resolved

    ITS has resolved the problem with DUO 2FA authentication. All dependent services, such as CAS and vpn.gmu.edu, are operating normally. We apologize again for the service interruption. Please contact the ITS Support Center if you experience any problems.

  • Duo Outage

    Resolved

    DUO 2FA authentication services have been restored. Login to applications using DUO (eg. Patriot Web, CAS enabled applications, VPN) are now working. We apologize for the inconvenience.
