    Network services have been restored for the Robinson Hall – 4th floor – B-Side.

  • Mason WebEx Unavailable

    Resolved

    The gmu.webex.com site is currently working. The server was down for approximately 45 minutes. It appears to have affected several end users around Virginia that we have been made aware. Cisco is looking into the cause of the disruption.

  • Telecom Issues — Arlington Campus

    Resolved

    The Arlington campus telephone problems that were reported
    last week have been resolved. If for some reason your phone has an issue, please reboot your phone to clear it.

  • EasyVista Slowness

    Resolved

    The issue was resolved.

  • NETWORK OUTAGE – LOUDOUN CAMPUS

    Resolved

    All network connectivity has been restored to Loudoun Campus.

  • Network Outage – CENTER FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES (10340 Democracy Lane)

    Resolved

    Network services have been restored for the CENTER FOR
    PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES.

    A partial power outage in the building caused the network equipment to go down.

  • Network Outage – The SMART Lab at the Science and Technology Campus

    Resolved

    Network services have been restored for the SMART Lab at the Science and Technology campus.

  • Duo Intermittent Issues

    Resolved

    As stated previously, Duo has determined that some of the users that are unable to successfully use the ‘Call Me’ feature have T-mobile as their cellular provider. It appears that T-Mobile has the 703-993-8870 phone number marked as spam and therefore blocks the phone call.

    The 2fa.gmu.edu website is now correctly processing emergency bypass code requests.

  • Network Service Interruption

    Resolved

    There was a network service interruption from approximately 5:15 to 5:30 pm as a campus router restarted. Among the buildings affected were Aquia, Robinson, Johnson Center, Mason Global Center, Thompson, SUB 1, Harris Theater, Finley, Krug, East, West, and the Field House. The problem is resolved and ITS is working with the vendor on root cause analysis.

  • Lab Network Outage – Bull Run Hall rm 147(lab)

    Resolved

    Network engineers have resolved the issue.
