Resolved Alert:

The Arlington campus telephone problems that were reported
last week have been resolved. If for some reason your phone has an issue, please reboot your phone to clear it.

Alert Updates:

To all Arlington campus Telecom Coordinators (other campuses please disregard), if phones in your department are having problems (getting a dial tone, dialing out, etc.), please re-boot them. This should resolve any issues.

Initial Alert:

To all Arlington campus Telecom Coordinators (other campuses please disregard). We are currently experiencing phones rebooting or not accessing the DHCP telephone servers. Our vendor is currently working to resolve the issue and Telecom will send an update as soon as possible.
