TeamDynamix Migration

EXTENDED MAINTENANCE

Impact of the change on users:

Starting on Friday, August 9 at 11:00 p.m., ITS will disable access to EasyVista, migrate all open EasyVista tickets to TeamDynamix, and replace all EasyVista service request links on the ITS website with TeamDynamix links. If you need assistance during the migration, please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or [email protected].

Reason for the change:

ITS is migrating to TeamDynamix, the new IT Service Management (ITSM) tool. (ID # 180249)

Contact Center Phones Unavailable

Contact center phones will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying Microsoft Security Updates for July 2019 and backing up the server. (ID # 179366 & 179556)

Mobile Printing & Select Services Unavailable

Impact of the change on users:

Pharos/Canon mobile printing and the following services may be unavailable during the maintenance period:

  • EHS Training (ehassistant.gmu.edu)
  • Housing

Reason for the change:

ITS is applying July 2019 Microsoft security updates. (ID #179858)

Lynda.com Unavailable

Lynda.com will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Reason for the change:

ITS is upgrading Lynda.com accounts to LinkedIn Learning accounts. (ID # 179881)

Password Management Site Unvailable

Impact of the change on users:

The Password Management site (password.gmu.edu) will be unavailable during the maintenance period.

Reason for the change:

ITS is retiring the telephony option for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). (ID # 180025)
