Duo phone callback authentication calls to T-Mobile devices are sometimes mistakenly identified as "Scam Likely." We have noticed that more and more cell phone service providers are blocking 2FA phone calls. As a workaround, you can use Push through the Duo Mobile App or bypass codes to prevent this from occurring.
