If you clicked on a link in a phishing email and provided your username and password, you must immediately:
- Change your password at password.gmu.edu.
- Contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870
If you provided your username and password but failed to notify the ITS Support Center, your account may be locked for an unspecified duration. Due to the volume of affected accounts, there may be a substantial delay in getting your account unlocked.
