Note: Your wireless device must support 802.1x authentication to access the eduroam network.

Trusting a New ClearPass Authentication Certificate
ClearPass authentication certificates are renewed annually. For details see How to Accept a New ClearPass Authentication Certificate.
Step 1
On your wireless device, find and connect to the eduroam Wi-Fi network.
Note: When connecting, your device may show a certificate warning message. If prompted, you must trust the certificate from clearpass.gmu.edu, issued by InCommon RSA Server CA.
Step 2
When prompted, log in using your full Mason email address (NetID@gmu.edu) and your Patriot Pass Password.
Step 3
If you are prompted to verify the certificate, select Continue and enter your local admin account password (or use Touch ID).
How to Accept a New ClearPass Authentication Certificate
Step 1
You will be prompted to to examine the certificate before authenticating to the server. Click on Continue.
Step 2
You may view either the limited or full certificate information. Click on Continue.
Step 3
Enter your Username (netID@gmu.edu) and Patriot Pass Password then click OK.
