Changes to MasonLive Alumni Account Access

Microsoft is discontinuing its support of Basic Authentication. Alumni using this authentication method to access their MasonLive account may be unable to log into their MasonLive email and calendar unless first switching to a supported method:

  • Outlook 2019 or higher (desktop)
  • Outlook mobile apps (Android or iOS)

**Your MasonLive email and calendar are always accessible via http://outlook.office365.com.**

What This Means for You

Effective July 25, you may be unable to log in to your MasonLive email and calendar unless you switch to the following supported methods.
