We are offering a number of online workshops for both new and experienced Blackboard users. In addition, the Stearns Center has upcoming trainings. In addition to contacting the ITS Support Center for help, look for the “Blackboard Office Hours” link after logging into myMason to receive live support from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. ET weekdays. Also, request to join our new Teams site for Blackboard and instructional technology discussion as well as more frequent Bb updates.

Highlights include Collaborate Ultra video gallery view and new whiteboard, a new way to send midterm and final grades to PatriotWeb, tips for using Office 365 for teaching, and much more. Over the summer, we introduced a new process to handle enrollment updates in Blackboard – student add/drops are now reflected immediately in Blackboard.
