New MicroStrategy Users

We encourage you to browse the MicroStrategy service page and the BIS pages by clicking on the menu items on the left-hand side of your screen.  Each of these pages contains a wealth of information related to MicroStrategy reporting.

Login

There are two ways to access MicroStrategy. You can use the Log in to MicroStrategy link on the MicroStrategy service page or enter microstrategy.gmu.edu in any browser you choose. To log in, you must be on a wired network on campus or the Virtual Private Network (VPN). You will need to use your Mason NetID and Patriot Pass password.

Training

BIS offers several general MicroStrategy video courses that are available in Mason Leaps.  You will have to log in to Mason Leaps with your Mason credentials and search for the courses by their titles listed below.
