Organization Reconciliation
For the Fund Balance tab, the YTD Variance to Prior Year metric has been updated to align the methodology across the Organization and Fund Reconciliation reporting and improve consistency across reports:
- Prior Calculation: Last Year minus Current Year
- New Calculation: Current Year minus Last Year
In addition, PDF export settings have been updated to improve report readability when exporting data. The new export settings will produce a document that is one page wide, with the length determined by the content. This enhancement reduces the need for manual adjustments after exporting.
Fund Reconciliation
A new Available Balance Amt metric has been added to the Fund Balance Summary and Fund Balance Summary by Org tabs.
Additionally, a new Notes column has been added to the Transaction Details tab.
These changes were designed to enhance the existing Fund Reconciliation report and to ensure consistency with the Organization Reconciliation report.
