CENSUS – ALL FIELDS WITH FUTURE JOBS
The Census – All Fields with Future Jobs report is a variation of an existing report titled Census – All Fields. The Census – All Fields with Future Jobs report shows a list of GMU employees and data pertaining to those current employees and those newly hired employees whose start date is in the future. In contrast, the Census – All Fields report does not show newly hired employees whose start date is in the future.
Availability
This report is available to all users who have access to the Mason MicroStrategy instance.

FINANCE O&E LEDGER DOSSIER AND REPORT TEMPLATES
The Business Intelligence Services group has created Finance O&E Ledger Dossier and Report templates. These templates give users a starting point for generating budget and actual transaction summary reports. These templates contain the Finance OE Ledger dataset which includes summary information about transactions from the Operating and Encumbrance Ledgers in Banner.

This report is available to all users who have access to the MicroStrategy Administrative project.

Attributes and Metrics
GRANT AGENCY NATION
The Grant Agency Nation attribute has been added to the MicroStrategy Admirative project. Users can use this attribute to identify the nation of the agency which provides a specific grant.
GRANT AGENCY FOREIGN INDICATOR
The Grant Agency Foreign Ind attribute has been added to the MicroStrategy Administrative project. Users can use this attribute to identify if an agency providing a grant is a foreign entity. This attribute is a Yes/No indicator.
GRANT AGENCY
The Business Intelligence Services (BIS) group has added a new attribute form on the Grant Agency attribute. Users are now able to add the G# attribute form for the Grant Agency attribute where needed.
JOB LABOR DISTRIBUTION CHANGE DATES
The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) and the Business Intelligence Services (BIS) groups collaborated to identify and import to the MicroStrategy Datamart the following Banner Job Labor Distribution Date Elements.
