STUDENT COURSE SCHEDULE AND CLASS ROSTERS
The Student Course Schedule and Class Roster dashboard contain data about students and the courses they are enrolled in for a selected term.
Users can search for students by G Number or Name. Once the student search is complete, users are able to see that student’s course schedule for that term as well as see the complete roster for a specific course section by simply clicking on the Course Description.

This is available to all users with access to the MicroStrategy Academic project

STUDENT PHD ATTRIBUTE AND INDICATOR
We have added the Stu Attribute PhD and the Stu Attribute PhD Ind to the Student per Term cube, Student Data per Course Section cube and the Course Registration per Term cube. For the definition of these attributes please see the Academic Metadata Reference Dossier.
STUDENT PRIMARY MAJOR 2 COLLEGE ATTRIBUTE IN STUDENT PER TERM CUBE
We have added the Stu Primary Major 2 College attribute to the Students per Term Cube. User will now be able to add this attribute to any existing report that uses the Students Per Term cube or when creating a new report using this cube.
CREDIT HOURS BY STU MAJOR COLLEGE CUBE
We have added the Stu Primary Dept attribute to the Credit Hours by Stu College cube. (add which reports this is available in)
NEW : MOST RECENT DEGREE DATE
We have added the Most Rec Degr Date attribute to the Applications per Term Cube. This attribute is the applicant’s most recent degree awarded to date from their prior college.
