The wired and wireless networks in the Johnson Center will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.
During the planned maintenance, the wired and wireless networks, as well as Mason phones will be intermittently unavailable. Prior to the planned maintenance, please save all work that is network-dependent (i.e., files synced to OneDrive or saved to the M: shared drive) and plan accordingly for phone calls if you are using Mason phones. Cell phone service will not be impacted.
ITS is connecting floor switches to high-capacity routers to provide redundancy. (ID # 168263)
ITS will be upgrading the VLC media player on all Mason-owned Windows computers that are connected to MESA and are running older versions of the VLC media player. If the VLC media player is running, it will temporarily close during the upgrade.
