If you do not reply to an authentication request from Duo it will continue to reach you up to six (6) times. If you log in on Cisco Secure Client VPN multiple times it will send you six requests each time until you respond. Sometimes it is best to wait five minutes until all the notifications stop before attempting to log in again.
