Qualtrics has some upcoming changes to Survey Translations that may be of interest to you and those in your divisions.

What is Changing?

Qualtrics is redesigning the Survey Translations UI for an enhanced experience by making it easier to translate survey projects to meet the needs of global audiences. The new Survey Translations Overview page provides a quick, holistic view of the available languages, the status of each, and quick access to next steps.

The redesigned survey translation page introduces consistent navigation similar to the survey builder. Translation fields are highlighted to reference base text easily, and the progress percentages and filters are easily visible in the publish bar. New jump navigation and content grouping make it easy to navigate through large surveys.

Also introduced are new features that will make the translation of projects more efficient, including:

• Export only untranslated items to easily make updates to ongoing projects without affecting original translations
• Auto-translate an entire survey
