Impact of the change on users: The IPControl Executive GUI will be unavailable for a few minutes to backup (snapshot) before the storage and hotfix work. No other services will be impacted. Reason for the change: ITS is applying a vendor hotfix to address storage issues encountered while previously upgrading versions. (ID # 548716)
