Webex Issues Using Computer for Audio

Alert Updates:

Webex computer and phone audio are both experiencing problems at this time. Our recommendation is for meetings with Faculty and Staff in attendance to use Webex Teams during this outage. All faculty and staff have accounts in both Webex Meetings and Teams. Information can be found on our website: https://its.gmu.edu/service/webex-teams/

If you need to web conference for a class or with your students please use Blackboard Collaborate.

Initial Alert:

Some users are reporting issues using computer for audio for their Webex Meetings.  As an alternative please use your phone to call into the meeting or use the “Call Me” feature to use your phone for audio.  Video will be disabled automatically in order to preserve bandwidth.
