Webex Call Center Outage

Resolved Alert:

The issue has been resolved.  All WCC call center users should now be able to log into the system.  If you find that you continue to have an issue please contact the ITS Support Center.

Initial Alert:

Cisco BroadSoft, which runs the Webex Call Center has posted a service outage affecting all of North America.

“Currently agents, supervisors and administrators are encountering logon failures. The team is investigating the issue and will provide hourly updates.”

Please note that calls will come through fine but no new agents will be able to login. Calls may be in queues longer than expected which could cause backups.

Isolation efforts are ongoing. Additional resources have been allocated to work towards service restoration.
