The ResNet outage at the University Townhouse B has been resolved. The troubleshooting is complete and the proper speeds have been restored at this location. We will continue to monitor, but this is resolved.

The Apogee Field Service Representative remains onsite and is still in the process of troubleshooting the slow internet speeds at University Townhouse B. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.

The Apogee Field Service Representative is onsite at the University Townhouses to address the ResNet outage. Updates will be provided as information becomes available.

Initial Alert:

The University Townhouse B is experiencing a ResNet outage. The Apogee Field Service Representative is enroute to review/resolve the issue. ETA for the Field Service Representative is 12:30. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
