The vendor has fixed the issues with the ITS Ticketing System. If you were logged in, you will need to log out and back in to resolve the issue for your instance.

Initial Alert

ITS is receiving reports of issues logging into the ITS Ticketing system. Users are receiving an “ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR” error. The vendor is working to determine what the issue is. Further updates will be sent as more information is available.
