The issue accessing some integrated tools in Canvas is now stable. We are working with the vendor, Instructure, to finalize a permanent fix. The issue occurred between 5pm – 8pm ET on September 25.
If you continue to encounter an issue (symptoms include a blank page or the message “This content is blocked”) please contact the ITS Support Center with the name of the link/tool in Canvas.
Initial Alert
We are aware of issues accessing some tools integrated with Canvas – examples include publisher content from McGraw Hill and Pearson and other tools like Gradescope. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
