Network Engineers have found the root cause and corrected the issue. An After Action Report will be submitted thereafter to address the cause.

Alert Updates:

Network Engineers have identified the cause of the network slowness and are working with our Internet Service Provider (ISP) to resolve it.

Currently we are using our backup ISP, and as a result users may still experience network performance as we are working to restore the primary link.

Initial Alert:

ITS is receiving reports of network performance issues in various locations throughout the Fairfax Campus.

Network Engineers are investigating the issue.
