The issue preventing normal performance of the application has been addressed and Mason COVID Health Check app is back to normal operation. Submission of daily screening can resume.

We are aware of the COVID Health Check app’s performance issues this morning due to surge of traffic to the site. ITS is working on addressing the issue and will provide update as soon as the issue is addressed.
