Today, users of various applications experienced issues connecting to the Banner database from approximately 08:50 until 10:05. During that time, the maximum connections were reached and no new connections could be started. Unnecessary services were stopped to free up connections. There have been no issues since 10:05.

Connections into Banner PROD have been stabilized. ITS is continuing to monitor the situation. An all clear message will be sent when it is certain the issue is resolved.
