Delayed Delivery of Incoming External Mail to Office 365 Mail Systems

Resolved Alert:

The issue with delivery delays of external emails to both the employee Office 365 and student MasonLive email systems appears to be resolved. External emails to those systems should now be delivered as normal and any delayed emails should have been delivered. We are continuing to monitor the systems for any additional impacts.

Initial Alert:

We are currently investigating reports of delivery delays of external emails to both the employee Office 365 and student MasonLive email systems.  This may impact notifications from Blackboard.  We will provide additional information once it is available.
